Challenge: Snap-On Tools is the premier tool manufacture brand. So when they were planning a sales conference they wanted to treat their hard-working sales staff to a real Nashville experience, featuring top-notch musicians and the best Nashville cuisine.
Solution: From concept to execution I developed a memorable campaign tying in their superior tools and established brand with Nashville related imagery.
Together with the illustrator Richard Borge, I created a hip-looking, wrench-necked, flying guitar that became the icon for the event. Then developed posters, banners, t-shirts, and direct mail. To extend the campaign, we merged an image of their iconic red tower tool box with a piano and used both images on lamp-post banners throughout the Nashville conference center.
